1. Limpiar bien las alcachofas y cortarlas por la mitad.
2. Ponerlas en una bandeja de horno con un chorro de AOVE y sal.
3. Ponerlas en el horno a 180 grados unos 30 minutos, las puedes cubrir con papel de plata para que no se te quemen a mitad del tiempo.
4. Sacarlas del horno y añadir Dukkah Gold y otro chorro de AOVE.
