1. Limpiar bien la coliflor y triturar hasta que quede la textura deseada.
2. Poner en una olla la cebolla, el ajo, la zanahoria y el laurel y dejarlo pochar todo unos 15 minutos.
3. Añadir la coliflor picada a la sartén y dejar cocinar junto 10 minutos a fuego bajo.
4. Hacer 1 o 2 huevos a la plancha y servirlos encima del colirroz.
