Lomo de cerdo ecológico
Harina de arroz
1 huevo ecológico
Sal
AOVE
1. Batir un huevo y poner la harina en un plato.
2. Salar el lomo.
3. Poner a calentar una sartén con AOVE.
4. Pasar el lomo por huevo y seguidamente por harina de arroz.
5. Poner el lomo en la sartén con aceite para freírlo, el tiempo dependerá del grosor del lomo.
6. Sacarlo y dejarlo encima de un papel absorbente durante 1 minuto.
7. Disfrutarlo con un trozo de pan de sarraceno.
